CANCELLATION POLICY

- We require 2-business days notice for an INITIAL CHIROPRACTIC VISIT and 1-business day (24 hours) notice for all other treatments to cancel or change your appointments. You are subject to the 50% treatment fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • This cancellation fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC.
  • We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
  • We require the patient’s credit card to be stored on file for contactless payments. We cannot access the credit card number once it is saved.

Patients with ICBC claim

All patients with ICBC claims must pay their treatment fees and submit the invoice directly to ICBC for reimbursement. We cannot directly bill to ICBC.

Carlie Chow

Carlie’s passion for helping people achieve their best selves has driven her to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) after graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has been actively practicing as an RMT since 2021, applying her skills and expertise to positively impact the well-being of her clients.

Through her valuable experience as an RMT and hands-on practicum, Carlie has consistently tailored patient-centric treatment plans to effectively address their specific needs. She strongly believes in empowering her patients by providing them with the necessary knowledge and guidance for effective homecare practices, which actively contributes to nurturing their overall well-being.

When Carlie is not working, you’ll often find her immersed in a variety of activities. She enjoys hiking, spending quality time with loved ones, and cozying up with a good book. These pursuits allow her to relax, recharge, and explore her personal interests beyond her professional life.
