CANCELLATION POLICY

- We require 2-business days notice for an INITIAL CHIROPRACTIC VISIT and 1-business day (24 hours) notice for all other treatments to cancel or change your appointments. You are subject to the 50% treatment fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • This cancellation fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC.
  • We are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
  • We require the patient’s credit card to be stored on file for contactless payments. We cannot access the credit card number once it is saved.

Patients with ICBC claim

Starting from March 21, 2025, we can’t directly bill to ICBC. All patients with ICBC claims must pay their treatment fees and submit the invoice directly to ICBC for reimbursement. However, we will continue to submit treatment extensions as needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

NEW TREATMENT FEES UPDATE: Effective January 1, 2025, our treatment fees will be updated across all disciplines. Please refer to our online booking page for the most recent fee details.

Chiropractic

We provide atlas orthogonal chiropractic treatment, prenatal, and pediatric chiropractic care. For the new chiropractic patient visit (including ICBC), please call our office at 604-205-5788 to book your appointment.
Direct billing to ICBC will be only available till Mar 21, 2025

Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractic

Chiropractic evaluation and treatment for prenatal patients and pediatric patients (under age of 5).
No Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic treatment

Registered Massage Therapy

A Registered Massage Therapist provides massage treatments.
Carlie Chow is not accepting any new ICBC claims.
Direct billing to ICBC will be only available till Mar 21, 2025

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot stone massage therapy provided by the registered massage therapist (RMT)

Acupuncture

A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain, stress management or overall wellness. The acupuncture therapy will be provided by the doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Registered Acupuncturist of BC.

Facial Acupuncture

Facial acupuncture uses the meridians in the body that either end or begin in the face to stimulate and balance energy while also helping with migraines, headaches, facial pain, and TMJ pain.

Carlie Chow

Carlie’s passion for helping people achieve their best selves has driven her to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) after graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has been actively practicing as an RMT since 2021, applying her skills and expertise to positively impact the well-being of her clients.

Through her valuable experience as an RMT and hands-on practicum, Carlie has consistently tailored patient-centric treatment plans to effectively address their specific needs. She strongly believes in empowering her patients by providing them with the necessary knowledge and guidance for effective homecare practices, which actively contributes to nurturing their overall well-being.
